WCL Helmet Inc Return and Exchange Policy

Return

For returning a product you must have purchased the product withIn the past 15 days. To return you just have to send us back the product and once we receive it we will refund you the amount. Please attach the email confirmation of your order with a note saying why you are returning it. You are free to use any shipping service other than Ups. As soon as the product arrives at our location, our warehouse staff will process the package and as long as the product has not been damaged a complete refund will be issues to the customer. We do not deduct any restocking fees or processing fees but the customer is responsible for shipping the product to us.

Exchange

For exchanging a product you must have purchased the product within the past 15 days. To exchange you just have to send us back the product and once we receive it we will send you a new helmet. Please attach the email confirmation of your order with a note saying what size and style you need it exchanged for. You are free to use any shipping service other than Ups.  As soon as the product arrives at our location, our warehouse staff will process the package and as long as the product has not been damaged we will send a new package to the customer. We do not deduct any restocking fees or processing fees but the customer is responsible for shipping the product to us. But the exchange product is free shipping again.
